THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for an experienced, driven and eager Account Manager to join our UK Wholesale team. You will be excited about people, sales, speciality coffee and hospitality; and committed to ensuring an exceptional and consistent end-to-end experience for our wholesale customers. You will be fully supported by the UK Sales Manager and Head of Wholesale, but equally self‑motivated and great at self‑management. The role is London‑based but will require frequent travel nationally.

ABOUT YOU At least 5 years’ experience in the specialty coffee industry as an Account Manager or similar position. Sound knowledge of coffee and a hunger to learn more. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of attention to detail. Admin whiz, problem‑solver, spreadsheet‑lover! Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers. Above all, an unwavering commitment to customer service and hospitality.
