THE OPPORTUNITY

We\’re looking for hospitality experts to join our East London kitchen team. Our teams work hard to produce seasonal menus, working with some of London\’s best suppliers (Natoora, Shrub, Flock & Herd, Wild Farmed, Fin & Flounder). Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens, currently running at 2-3%, achieved through fermenting, pickling, and reusing our biowaste where possible.

We\’re seeking someone with previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and an eagerness to continue learning, to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team.

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience.
• Positive and personable.
• Passion for working sustainably.
• Good personal presentation and hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain a clean section.
• Broad knowledge of cooking terminology, techniques, and ingredients.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Above all, an unwavering commitment to customer service and hospitality.
