THE OPPORTUNITY
We\’re looking for hospitality experts to join our East London kitchen team.
Our teams work hard to produce seasonal menus working with some of London\’s best suppliers (Natoora, Shrub, Flock & Herd, Wild Farmed, Fin & Flounder). Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens, and with this in mind, we are always trying to establish outside-the-box thinking and waste mitigation techniques. Currently running at 2-3%, we achieve this through fermenting, pickling, and reusing our bi-waste where possible.
We\’re looking for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and an eagerness to continue learning, to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team.
