As a Senior Training Officer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training to meet SHEQ requirements and standards. You will plan, develop, and deliver training interventions in accordance with MQA and DMRE requirements and standards to ensure a competent workforce. Ability to manage the SHEQ training function at operational level and to assess and evaluate employees to determine competence.
