As a Senior Training Officer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training to meet SHEQ requirements and standards.
You will plan, develop, and deliver training interventions in accordance with MQA and DMRE requirements and standards to ensure a competent workforce.
Ability to manage the SHEQ training function at operational level and to assess and evaluate employees to determine competence.

Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices or related
- COMSOC or SAMTRAC 1 & 2
- MQA Assessor accreditation
- MQA Moderator accreditation
- MQA Train-the-trainer accreditation
- 8 years’ experience in operational training and facilitation as a Training Officer
- Good understanding of SHERQ and mining processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Valid driver’s licence
