Duties & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) policies and procedures
- Maintenance / Repairs on all coal processing plant equipment
- Distribution circuit / control circuit
- Responsible for breakdown, standby and possible shutdown duties
- Electrical diagnostics
- Fault finding / troubleshooting
- Installations and rewiring
- Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Electrical Trade Test Certificate (Compulsory)
- HT Switching (Compulsory)
- 5 year’s experience as a qualified electrician, preferably on a process plant
- 2 year’s HT Switching experience
- Communication skills (Read, Write, and Speak) - English/Afrikaans
