OysterLink is the fastest-growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site recently launched and is generating over 350,000 monthly visitors organically. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with strong analytical thinking, hands-on product optimization experience and excellent English communication skills with proven expertise in:
- Analytics and CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- Email marketing and lifecycle campaigns
- Running experiments (A/B tests) to improve engagement and conversion
- Setting realistic monthly growth goals, tracking results and creating performance reports
The GOALS for this position are to:
- Ensure qualified candidates that come to the site sign up and create profiles
- Get hiring managers to post jobs on a regular basis
- Increase applications per job posting
- Increase user return rate through email and notifications and other reengagement means
- Improve stickiness onsite to increase time on site and pages per visit
Required Skills:
- 3+ years improving digital platforms through data-driven experimentation
- Native-level ability to use AI tools to analyze data and identify growth opportunities
- Strong experience with product analytics tools (GA4, Clarity...)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Apollo)
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, funnels and A/B testing
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to translate user behavior into product improvements
