We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Expert with creative thinking, handsâon expertise, and excellent English communication â with proven experience in:
- Developing and executing engaging paid & organic social media strategies to attract both talent and businesses in the hospitality industry to our social channels and website.
- Organic: Creating highâquality content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn (text, images, shortâform video) to attract organic growth month over month.
- Paid: Creating ads and managing paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok to get Job Posting sales.
- Reviewing performance and adjusting campaigns to improve results (on both organic and paid).
Goals
- Grow OysterLink's presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn through relatable, highâquality content.
- Get Instagram to 100k followers within a reasonable timeline.
- Increase organic reach, engagement, and community interactions.
- Drive results from paid social campaigns (job posting sales, talent signups).

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing (organic + paid).
