This role supports the Head Chef in building a kitchen of pride, leading menu planning and training the kitchen team to deliver great food.
Responsibilities
- Train and inspire Chefs and the kitchen team to deliver food to be proud of.
- Drive the team to smash targets.
- Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
- Master the branded menu and ensure consistency.
- Ensure the team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
