As a Chef de Partie, you have a responsibility within the operation and are key to the success of the business and thus must always carry yourself in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:- Running your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard
- Supporting the head chef and sous chef in their daily tasks
- Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen skill level permitting
- Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and organizing deliveries
- Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices, with particular attention to allergens
- Be a positive member of the team and communicate well with others around you
