A long-established business (200 years strong) is building its property function and is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to support its next phase of growth. You'll join a close-knit team where your decisions matter, your voice is heard, and your work directly contributes to the development of the property function.
The Role
- Work closely with the Group Property Lead and wider senior leadership
- Take day-to-day responsibility for a wholly owned, mixed commercial property portfolio
- Lead inspections and rent collection
- Manage service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Bring structure, consistency and a solutions-led approach to property management activity
