The Opportunity:

I’m pleased to announce I’m working with one of the market’s most respected real estate advisory firms to help hire a Hotel Valuation Surveyor for their London-based team. This role offers the chance to work alongside the Head of Hotel Property Valuation, supporting a wide range of assignments including loan security valuations, fund valuations, and consultancy projects across the UK and parts of Europe. Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the valuation of hotel assets, delivering monthly and quarterly valuations while considering prevailing market conditions and asset management initiatives
• Prepare loan security valuation reports, fund valuations, and a variety of consultancy assignments
• Support two Associates and the Head of Hotel Property Valuation on existing mandates, helping coordinate one of the market’s most active hotel valuation teams

Requirements:

• Degree educated and MRICS is preferred but not necessary
• Prior valuation experience and broad knowledge of UK commercial property.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and report-writing skills with key attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Argus
