The Role
This is a front-line, high-impact position where you’ll be responsible for keeping properties running smoothly, tenants happy, and the powers that be confident their investments are in safe hands. You’ll be the go-to person when it matters most, solving problems, managing relationships, and making things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Property & Tenant Management
- Managing maintenance from first report through to resolution
- Instructing contractors, negotiating quotes and ensuring quality delivery
- Responding to urgent issues and emergencies with confidence
- Financial & Compliance Oversight
- Managing rent collection and arrears
- Handling deposits, check-outs and disputes
- Overseeing full compliance: EPCs, gas safety, EICRs, licensing and more
- Inspections & Portfolio Oversight
- Conducting regular inspections across a prime Central London portfolio
- Managing relationships with freeholders and managing agents
