My client is an Asset Management platform acting on behalf of overseas investors across a growing portfolio of residential assets throughout the UK and Europe.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Asset Manager with a strong background across the living sector, including BTR, PRS and PBSA.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial business where you will play a key role in driving asset performance, supporting portfolio growth and helping deliver value for an international investor base.

The Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of residential assets, working closely with operators, property managers, investors and wider stakeholders to maximise operational performance and asset value.
This role requires someone who combines strong commercial acumen with a detailed understanding of the operational drivers of residential assets.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-focused and capable of identifying opportunities and resolving challenges quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute asset management strategies across a portfolio of UK and European residential assets.
- Monitor financial, leasing and operational performance against business plans and budgets.
- Work closely with operating partners and property managers to optimise asset performance.
- Identify and implement value-enhancing initiatives and operational improvements.
- Produce investor reporting and present asset performance recommendations.
- Oversee capital expenditure projects and business plan initiatives.
- Support acquisitions, disposals and strategic portfolio reviews where required.
- Assist with the mobilisation and stabilisation of newly delivered or acquired assets.
- Build strong relationships with investors, operators and external advisors.
