This is an in-house Client-side opportunity to join a private family office who are looking for a Facilities & Property Manager who can confidently handle both the operational heartbeat of their sites and the strategic oversight of the property portfolio. No two days will look the same, and that’s exactly the point.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day facilities operations to keep our sites safe, compliant, and running efficiently
- Responsible for 2 main assets based in South London.
- Overseeing building maintenance, contractor relationships, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Leading property management activities including leases, renewals, rent reviews, and landlord liaison
- Ensuring all sites meet H&S, statutory, and compliance standards
- Supporting space planning, office moves, refurbishments, and small works projects
- Handling S/C budgets, reporting, and supplier performance management
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all property and facilities-related matters
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience across both facilities management and property management (this is a genuine hybrid role)
- Exceptional Service Charge experience
- Excellent knowledge of building compliance, H&S regulations, and FM best practice
- Confident managing contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Skilled at juggling operational demands with longer-term property strategy
- Organised, proactive, calm under pressure, and great at building relationships
- Someone who thrives in a role with autonomy and accountability
