An opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property & Asset Manager to take responsibility for the operational and strategic management of a varied commercial property portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  • Asset & Portfolio Management
    • Take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio across office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets
    • Actively contribute to asset strategies, focusing on income growth, cost control, and value enhancement
    • Monitor performance against budgets and business plans, identifying risks and opportunities
    • Advise clients on asset performance, capital expenditure, and longer-term portfolio initiatives
  • Property & Operational Management
    • Oversee day-to-day management, ensuring assets are well-maintained and compliant
    • Manage health & safety, statutory compliance, and operational best practice
    • Procure, manage, and review contractor performance and service delivery
  • Financial & Service Charge Management
    • Prepare and manage service charge budgets and reconciliations
    • Control expenditure and drive efficiencies across managed assets
    • Monitor rent and service charge collections and support arrears recovery
  • Lease, Tenant & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage tenant relationships across the portfolio
    • Support lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, and vacant unit management
    • Work closely with surveyors, consultants, and legal advisors
