Client Accountant to join a growing property management and advisory team responsible for the financial stewardship of some of the UK's most prestigious real estate assets.

As Client Accountant, you will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring best-in-class accounting services and supporting strategic client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review service charge accounts, budgets and forecasts.
- Produce accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for clients.
- Manage rent, service charge and other property income reconciliations.
- Oversee cash management, banking and financial controls across managed assets.
- Liaise with property managers, clients, auditors and external stakeholders.
- Support year-end processes and statutory reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accounting and client-specific standards.
- Contribute to the onboarding and financial transition of newly acquired assets.
About You
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) or QBE.
- Previous experience in client accounting, property accounting or real estate finance.
- Strong understanding of service charge accounting and property management principles.
- Skilled in working with TRAMPS, Qube or Horizon.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with property accounting systems.
- A collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling high-profile assets and clients.
