For ambitious Property Managers frustrated by slow progression elsewhere, this role offers a genuine route to Associate level within approximately 18 months based on performance, not tenure.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a high-profile Grade A commercial portfolio, working with institutional-quality assets and sophisticated ownership structures.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of a prime commercial estate portfolio
- Leading landlord and tenant relationships across prestigious assets
- Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and wider lease events
- Service charge budgeting, monitoring and reporting
- Preparing client reports and delivering strategic asset recommendations
- Working closely with asset managers to drive value and maximise performance
- Supporting junior surveyors within the team as you progress towards Associate level
About You
- Property management experience gained within commercial real estate
- Strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters, lease events and service charges
- Experience managing office, mixed-use or institutional-grade assets
- Ambitious, commercial and keen to accelerate your career
