I have partnered with a fast-growing Property Investor who invests solely in the Retail space across the UK. With a specific focus on Retail Property, my client is one of the most thrilling companies in the property industry right now, they spot exciting investment opportunities quickly, and they are a team of highly motivated individuals.
Due to their acquisitions of new assets, over the last 2 years alone they have acquired 23 new assets totaling 2 million sq ft of Retail space, they are looking to bring on a like-minded Commercial Property Manager as an addition to their thriving team. You will be the sixth addition to the in-house Commercial Property Management team.
You will have the opportunity to work on a nationwide portfolio consisting of Shopping Centres, Shopping Parades, Retail Parks, and singular Retail Units. With this opportunity comes an abundance of exposure to gain experience in other aspects outside of core day to day responsibilities, including involvement in areas such as Asset Management and Sustainability.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have 4+ years experience in Commercial Property Management, MRICS and experience in the Retail sector is not essential.
