Senior Project Manager / Project Director

Overview

A leading commercial real estate developer is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the delivery of a landmark office redevelopment in London. The project will transform a prime site into a best-in-class workplace. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for project delivery from site commencement through to completion.

We are looking for a professional with a strong track record of managing complex central London office projects, including experience of tight urban sites, challenging logistics and premium specifications. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering an exciting office development for a highly regarded developer. We are open to permanent or fixed-term contract for this position.

Responsibilities

• Direct the delivery of a landmark office redevelopment from site commencement to completion.
• Manage complex central London office projects with tight urban sites, challenging logistics and premium specifications.
• Lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, consultants, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain program schedules, monitor risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex central London office developments, including tight urban sites and premium specifications.
• Experience in delivering projects on time and within budget, with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Director level experience; available for permanent or fixed-term roles.
