This is a standout opportunity for a commercially driven leader to take full ownership of a high-profile development anchored by a 10-storey office building and supported by vibrant public realm and shared infrastructure.
As Senior Asset Manager, you’ll take ownership of leasing, operations, partner oversight, and tenant relationships - delivering long-term value, exceptional service, and a vibrant occupier experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the strategic and operational management of a high-profile commercial office asset and surrounding estate.
- Deliver and evolve the leasing strategy across office and flexible workspace, negotiating new deals and renewals.
- Manage outsourced partners across facilities, property, and estate services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, ensuring excellent service and engagement.
- Oversee budgets, service charge management, and financial performance reporting.
- Support marketing and PR efforts to raise the estate’s profile and attract occupiers.
- Identify and implement value-add improvements, including refurbishments and tenant enhancements.
- A proven leader in commercial property asset management, ideally with experience in multi-tenanted and mixed-use environments.
- Strong commercial understanding across leasing, budget control, contract management, and tenant relations.
- Experience delivering value through capital works or repositioning projects.
- Excellent stakeholder and team management skills, with the ability to operate at a senior level.
- MRICS qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Salary up to £90,000
