About the Role

As a Managing Consultant, you’ll be both a top biller and an inspirational leader. You’ll set the standards, drive performance, and unlock new commercial opportunities. This is a role for someone who loves the buzz of temp recruitment, excels under pressure, and leads with confidence, clarity and commercial instinct.

Responsibilities

  • Run a consistently billing temporary recruitment desk
  • Develop new areas of temp business, spotting opportunities before others do
  • Contribute to strategic growth and future hiring plans
  • Set clear KPIs and keep the team motivated
  • Coach, mentor and support consultants at all levels
  • Conduct appraisals, performance reviews and 360 promotions
  • Resolve challenges, celebrate wins, and create a high-trust, high-energy culture
  • Lead team meetings — weekly, monthly, quarterly
  • Foster a collaborative environment aligned with company values
  • Make sure your team is promoting and inviting contacts to OP events
