Real Estate Analyst - Mixed-use Developer

A leading UK real estate developer is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to play a key role in shaping major mixed-use developments. This role will involve financial modelling, strategic planning, and analysis across large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for large-scale mixed-use projects.
• Lead financial elements of the annual business plan and quarterly reporting.
• Support the refinancing of development and investment loans.
• Conduct financial analysis for new development sites, including debt structuring, equity financing, and joint-venture scenarios.
• Run master planning scenarios and present financial insights to internal stakeholders and investors.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

About You:

• 1-2 years experience working as a Real Estate Analyst.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with experience in financial modelling.
• Understanding of real estate finance, including debt structuring and investment returns.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
• Prior experience in real estate, corporate finance, or investment analysis is desirable.
