My client is a global lifestyle brand reshaping how people live, work, and connect. With beautifully curated, fully furnished apartments and co-living spaces in top cities like London, Berlin, Munich, Warsaw, and Dubai, they’re committed to offering flexible, community-driven living for today’s modern renter.

As the company expands across Europe, they’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to help drive that growth. This is a key opportunity to lead with operational excellence and deliver exceptional service to residents.

You’ll be responsible for the daily operations across co-living properties, ensuring smooth running of the buildings, high resident satisfaction, and full compliance with regulations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, solution-oriented professional who thrives in a high-energy setting, enjoys both collaborative and independent work, and is motivated by opportunities for career progression.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of multiple buildings, including maintenance, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate reactive maintenance, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Handle tenant complaints and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Review and act upon various risk assessments (FRA, LRA, HSRA) to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Control property repair and maintenance budgets, keeping costs within approved limits.

Your Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential property management, ideally within BTR, Co-living, or PBSA sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building operations, including maintenance systems and repairs.
  • A track record of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong resident relationships.
  • Solid understanding of health & safety legislation, risk management, and building compliance.
  • Experience with high-rise buildings and familiarity with the Building Safety Act 2022.
