Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee property sales annually, collaborating with the Regional Manager and Marketing Team.
- Manage cleaning and maintenance contractors effectively.
- Organise and deliver social events throughout the year.
- Monitor expenses, staying within budget and seeking approval for any excess with detailed variance explanations.
- Identify and address potential liability issues related to the facility, staff, and students.
Your Experience:
- You’ll need a solid understanding of Health and Safety and data protection in student accommodation.
- Proven experience managing operations in PBSA, BTR, or Co-Living sectors.
- A track record of delivering top-tier customer service and inspiring others to do the same.
