What You\’ll Do

  • Manage a varied portfolio of industrial, office, retail and mixed‑use assets
  • Carry out regular site inspections and build strong tenant relationships
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, solicitors and accountants
  • Work collaboratively across residential and commercial teams where portfolios overlap
  • Communicate clearly and professionally — confident written skills are essential
