My client is a prestigious family office who are looking for a highly organised, proactive Assistant Property Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of our residential portfolio.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the main point of contact for our local property managers and brokers abroad.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, quotes, and invoices.
- Oversee the full rental cycle: pricing, listings, viewings, offers, tenant selection, contracts, check‑ins/outs, and deposits.
- Keep monthly property and rental records up to date.
- Track property expenses and file invoices.
- Support furnishing of new acquisitions (Spain).
- Join regular portfolio meetings and contribute commentary for quarterly reports.
- Occasionally visit properties (optional but encouraged).
What you bring:
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with confidence in reviewing financials and invoices.
- Strong experience on Excel.
- Spanish language skills a plus (not required).
- Experience with data entry or Xero helpful (not essential).
