I have partnered with an award-winning UK property development and investment company who are looking for a Property & Facilities Manager to join their team based in Central London.

They have a prestigious portfolio of commercial and residential properties and have worked in the west end property market for over 40 years. They’re passionate about what they do, with a creative flare to take tired properties and turn them into dynamic work or living spaces.

Made up of a tight knit team, you will play a key part in overseeing a mixed portfolio of 15 prime assets, both residential and commercial, whilst acting as the first point of contact for tenants. You will also ensure the properties are well maintained to a high standard and meet all health & safety and compliance requirements.

With ongoing refurbishment works, you will have a pipeline of developments where you will be able to demonstrate your skill set and property/facilities management background. You will have proven experience in maintenance coordination, health & safety, compliance and tenant liaison.

Offering an annual salary between £40,000 – 50,000, with ample opportunity to broaden your portfolio experience amongst a supportive team. If you’re looking to be part of a smaller team where your work doesn’t go unnoticed then this could be the next step in your career.
