With client side typically one of our most requested moves, I’m pleased to share an opportunity with a pan European Investment Manager who are looking to grow their Development team.
The role - Project Development Manager, specifically someone from a technical background such as Building Surveying and has moved into a Project or Development Management role, with strong project experience.
Boasting a multi-billion portfolio, your time will be spent predominantly within the Industrial & Logistics space bringing both existing and new assets to life, and adding value through refurbishments and repositioning of projects from smaller sheds through to north of 1m sqft. There’s a splash of Commercial offices in there keeping things interesting.
Working in a cradle to grave role, a key part will be delivery of these schemes through stages 1-6, as well as appraising and carrying out due diligence on future opportunities. You must have previous experience in the industrial space to be considered for this one.
