Job Description

You\\\’ll work directly with senior decision-makers on high-value residential investment opportunities, fast-tracking your strategic influence and sector expertise.

With full exposure to BTR, PBSA and corporate M&A, you’ll sharpen your commercial instincts across all major Living asset classes. This will be your chance to build a trusted reputation with investors and lenders while deepening your financial and operational insight.

And you won’t just be pushing numbers. You’ll have lead ownership of portfolio reporting, development analysis, and business planning — giving you the visibility and credibility to shape major investment decisions.

Work is office-based in London, but you’ll benefit from flexible hours whenever needed to balance intense project cycles with personal focus time.

What you\\\’ll do

Reporting to the Investment Manager, you’ll take ownership of fund performance analysis and portfolio strategy. You’ll develop a deep understanding of live BTR projects and key regional markets while standardising reporting and business planning for senior stakeholders.

You’ll contribute to new investment evaluations, helping shape acquisition, development and operational decisions. You’ll also support finance and asset management with critical debt reporting, covenant monitoring and refinancing analysis.

What you\\\’ll need

  • 3+ years of investment or finance experience in real estate, ideally with exposure to living assets such as BTR or PBSA
  • Strong financial modelling skills and a track record of building and maintaining asset-level models
  • Undergraduate degree (finance, economics or related field) and a desire to pursue further credentials like IMC, CFA or CAIA
  • You\\\’ll also need to be confident presenting insights to senior stakeholders and have a sharp eye for detail when it comes to analysis and reporting.
