Partner - Project Manager

Step into the spotlight: we’re looking for a Partner to lead the Project Management division focused on occupier and tenant fit‑outs in the commercial office sector. This is the chance to take charge of a high‑profile business line, driving growth, profitability, and delivery excellence at a very senior level.

You’ll oversee multiple project teams delivering major office fit‑out and refurbishment projects for blue‑chip occupiers, investors, and landlords. Alongside steering strategy and financial performance, you’ll be the face of the division – winning new business, building long‑term client relationships, and setting the standard for quality and innovation.

Highlights of the role:

• Lead the occupier fit‑out division with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive business development and secure major projects with corporate clients.
• Inspire and manage a high‑performing project management team.
• Ensure delivery excellence, risk management, and compliance across all projects.
