Personal Assistant to CEO Location: Brent Cross, London Salary: Competitive + Benefits An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to its Chief Executive Officer. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of the executive office and enabling effective delivery of key business objectives. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage the CEO's complex diary, prioritising appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, board packs, presentations, and meeting notes. Act as the first point of contact for communications directed to the CEO, managing correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Organise domestic and international travel, accommodation, itineraries, and associated logistics. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefing papers, and business documents. Track and monitor actions arising from meetings, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders remain accountable. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, clients, partners, and external stakeholders. Support leadership and board meetings through administration, minute-taking, and coordination of follow-up actions. Assist with company events, projects, and wider business initiatives as required. Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with the utmost integrity. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a proactive, professional, and highly organised individual with previous experience supporting senior executives at C-suite level. Essential Experience
