As a Leasing Manager, you\’ll play a key role in overseeing leasing operations across two dynamic BTR schemes, totalling 320 high-quality residential apartments. Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish for two BTR schemes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost occupancy, increase revenue, and keep residents happy.
- Build strong relationships with potential residents, brokers, and key contacts.
- Work closely with the property management team to improve the resident experience and create a welcoming community.
- Track leasing performance and use data to find areas for improvement.
- Oversee marketing efforts to promote available units and attract the right tenants.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Your Requirements:
- Experience in leasing or property management, preferably within the Build-to-Rent sector.
