My client is a leading property management and investor looking for an organised, people‑focused Centre Manager to support the smooth running of 2–3 busy sites in the North West. This role is ideal for someone with facilities or shopping centre management experience, and a solid understanding of service charge budgets. You won’t be on your own, you’ll work closely with a senior manager who will provide ongoing support across the portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring health & safety, compliance, and site standards are consistently met
  • Supporting with service charge budgets and financial reporting
  • Managing contractors and planned/reactive maintenance
  • Delivering a positive customer and occupier experience
