As a Managing Consultant, you’ll be both a top biller and an inspirational leader. You’ll set the standards, drive performance, and unlock new commercial opportunities. Responsibilities
- Run a consistently billing temporary recruitment desk
- Develop new areas of temp business, spotting opportunities before others do
- Contribute to strategic growth and future hiring plans
- Set clear KPIs and keep the team motivated
- Coach, mentor and support consultants at all levels
- Conduct appraisals, performance reviews and 360 promotions
- Resolve challenges, celebrate wins, and create a high-trust, high-energy culture
- Lead team meetings — weekly, monthly, quarterly
- Foster a collaborative environment aligned with company values
- Make sure your team is promoting and inviting contacts to OP events
