As a Maintenance Operative, you’ll be the backbone of this thriving community, tackling day-to-day maintenance, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and helping to create an exceptional living environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Fix resident issues like unblocking sinks, repairing minor damages, and troubleshooting maintenance concerns.
- Carry out regular building checks, log observations on your iPad, and ensure the property stays in top shape.
- Work alongside contractors, follow fire and health & safety protocols, and help maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with the customer team to deliver an outstanding student experience.
- Share knowledge, help train new colleagues, and contribute to team meetings.
Your Requirements:
- Experience in facilities, estates, or property maintenance.
