An opportunity to join a central London team managing a high-profile portfolio of commercial assets across the capital and the South East. This role is hands-on, strategic, and built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
You will take ownership of a mixed-use portfolio, with a strong emphasis on commercial property management. The role involves direct engagement with occupiers, driving asset performance through lease events, rent reviews, and lease negotiations. You will be expected to identify opportunities to enhance value, optimise service delivery, and ensure the portfolio remains competitive and future-ready.
You will work alongside finance, facilities, and specialist service teams across ESG, procurement, customer experience, data, and technology. Your remit includes ensuring buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained, while delivering a modern occupier experience and contributing positively to the local community.
Key responsibilities:- Full operational and strategic management of multi-let commercial assets
- Oversight of service delivery across finance, FM, and specialist functions
- Execution of lease renewals, rent reviews, and break clause strategies
- Delivery of market-leading occupier experience and ESG performance
- Monitoring and control of service charge budgets and value-for-money initiatives
- Proven experience in commercial property management
