The Role

This is a front-line, high-impact position where you’ll be responsible for keeping properties running smoothly, tenants happy, and the powers that be confident their investments are in safe hands. You’ll be the go-to person when it matters most, solving problems, managing relationships, and making things happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Property & Tenant Management
    • Managing maintenance from first report through to resolution
    • Instructing contractors, negotiating quotes and ensuring quality delivery
    • Responding to urgent issues and emergencies with confidence
  • Financial & Compliance Oversight
    • Managing rent collection and arrears
    • Handling deposits, check-outs and disputes
    • Overseeing full compliance: EPCs, gas safety, EICRs, licensing and more
  • Inspections & Portfolio Oversight
    • Conducting regular inspections across a prime Central London portfolio
    • Managing relationships with freeholders and managing agents
