Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client accounting matters, building trusted relationships
Take ownership of client reporting, financial statements, and portfolio performance analysis
Lead service charge accounting, budgeting, and reconciliations
Deliver clear, insight-driven reporting to support decision-making and asset growth
Partner with stakeholders to drive financial planning and cost control strategies
Establish and improve processes, controls, and reporting structures
Support the implementation of technology-driven financial systems and real-time data insights
About You
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
Experience in property or real estate accounting
Confident managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser
Commercially minded, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight
Proactive, hands-on, and motivated to build and improve processes
