As Health & Safety Manager, you will establish and lead the H&S function across multiple residential sites. This pivotal role involves monitoring site safety, ensuring compliance with ISO45001 and company procedures, and embedding a proactive, safety-first culture across the organisation.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of Health & Safety across residential sites, ensuring compliance with ISO45001.
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments, driving a strong safety culture.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions.
- Deliver H&S training, inductions, and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners, supporting safety improvements and best practices.
- Support the achievement and maintenance of industry accreditations (e.g., CHAS, ISO).
Your Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) and a strong track record in H&S.
- Experience in real estate, Build to Rent, or a similar operational environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and comfortable with occasional site travel.
