A leading UK property organisation is seeking a Facilities Manager to elevate technical services, strengthen contractor performance, and drive energy‑efficiency improvements across a multi‑site portfolio. What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing technical services, planned/reactive maintenance, and contractor performance
- Supporting and developing AFMs while acting as a key liaison across sites
- Leading the organisation’s energy management strategy, reducing consumption and carbon output
- Managing capital expenditure planning, project tracking, and building upgrades
- Conducting audits, surveys, and quality assurance to maintain compliance and standards
- Driving SLA performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the estate
What You’ll Bring

- Strong understanding of M&E contract management
