Manage multiple projects including project management of commercial projects to refurbishment oversight, within a range of £100k - £1.9m.
Provide clear, confident advice to clients and stakeholders-grounded in expertise and commercial awareness.
Lead and deliver complex building surveying instructions-everything from dilapidations and technical due diligence
Guide and mentor junior surveyors, helping to grow technical excellence and confidence.
