An international family office is looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Property Manager to support its growing residential property portfolio across Spain and the Netherlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cross-border property management while working closely with senior stakeholders in a supportive, small-team environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating admin for rental properties in Spain & the Netherlands
- Liaising with local managing agents
- Supporting repairs, maintenance and day-to-day property queries
- Preparing occupancy and rent collection updates
- Providing admin support to senior real estate and finance leads
- Managing email correspondence and follow-ups
