They’re now growing their team and are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Facilities Manager to support the day-to-day operations of their portfolio of exceptional real estate properties.
You will work closely with the Facilities Manager, Property Manager and senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence and enhance service delivery across multiple properties.
Regular visits to all properties allocated to you will help proactively identify and resolve maintenance and operational issues.
Additionally, you will assist in developing and improving operational processes and long-term maintenance planning.
