My client is a prestigious family office who are looking for a highly organised, proactive Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as the main point of contact for our local property managers and brokers abroad.
- Keep monthly property and rental records up to date.
- Track property expenses and file invoices.
- Occasionally visit properties (optional but encouraged).
Requirements:
