As a Leasing Portfolio Manager, you’ll lead the lettings journey across a growing residential portfolio—driving income, elevating service, and ensuring every move-in runs smoothly. Based in Tunbridge Wells, with travel to East Kent, you’ll manage the full leasing cycle—from enquiry to negotiation—delivering speed, accuracy, and standout customer experience. You’ll build local partnerships, support marketing efforts, and ensure leasing activity meets and exceeds commercial goals. Working cross-functionally, you’ll lead pricing strategies, oversee digital lettings and third-party agents, and shape ‘best in class’ operating standards. Your insight into the Build to Rent market will guide compliance, portfolio performance, and dynamic rent reviews. You’ll be the face of the brand on-site and online—creating opportunities, solving challenges, and ensuring the homes you represent stand out in the market.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lettings process with speed, accuracy, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong local partnerships to drive leasing activity
- Develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies to meet commercial targets
- Handle all aspects of the lettings journey: enquiries, viewings, negotiations, and onboarding
- Manage third-party agents and oversee digital lettings platforms
- Report on performance and implement dynamic pricing models
- Stay current with lettings legislation and support brand presence at resident events
Your Experience:
- A confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable with performance reporting and data analysis (Excel proficiency a plus)
- 5+ years' experience in a lettings-focused role, ideally within BTR or PBSA
- ARLA or IRPM qualified (or willing to work towards it)
- Experienced in fast-paced, customer-centric environments
