I’m thrilled to be partnering with a client backed by strong investors, who is on an ambitious growth trajectory, planning to expand their portfolio by over 4,000 high-quality, new-build family rental homes across the UK over the next two years.

Following the recent acquisition of two substantial portfolios, this expansion represents a major milestone as the company moves closer to becoming the UK’s largest provider of single-family homes.

At the heart of their mission is a commitment to enrich lives through renting, delivering positive experiences that create happy, long-term tenants. Success here comes from a culture that values collaboration, proactivity, and positivity, ensuring every team member thrives while helping families find their ideal home.

As a Lettings Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the letting process from start to finish, working directly with prospective tenants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and creating a seamless, enjoyable experience at their new-build developments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to drive occupancy.
  • Collect feedback from prospective tenants to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Deliver against operational KPIs: lease-up targets, occupancy rates, net income, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the Tenancy Progression team to process applications and ensure smooth move-ins.
  • Flag any defects or maintenance issues to the Property Management team.
  • Maintain accurate systems and data for all lettings activity.

Your Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet targets.
  • Previous experience in lettings.
  • Driving license is essential.

Pease call me on 07378552356 or visit me on LinkedIn (Kamile Marcinskaite) and send me a message there. We understand that your CV might not be up to date. No problem, just send me what you have.

We are looking to attract talent from all areas of the property industry for this position. We endeavour to have a fair recruitment process. So apply in any way that suits you: text message, video message, CV - the more creative the better.
