Oyster are working with a highly respected developer and operator in the Living space to hire an experienced Investment Director to lead high-impact acquisition and divestment projects across their growing portfolio, including Build-to-Rent (BTR), PBSA, and Co-Living sectors.
As a key member of the Investment, Development & Planning team, you’ll drive the full lifecycle of investment projects—from origination and underwriting to transaction execution and strategic disposals. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping market strategies, maximising asset value, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead land acquisition and disposal of development sites.
- Oversee financial underwriting and investment committee approvals.
- Manage bid processes, negotiations, and legal completions.
- Collaborate with planning, delivery, and commercial teams to optimise outcomes.
- Guide and develop junior talent within the team.
- Proven track record in real estate land acquisitions and disposals.
- Significant experience and contact book in the land market.
