Investment Analyst – Commercial and Industrial Assets

The Opportunity:

I am partnering with a leading real estate investment and development firm that is expanding their reach across the UK and into key European markets. They are seeking an Investment Analyst to join their London based team. With strong momentum in both the industrial and broader commercial real estate sectors, this is an exceptional chance to join a well-funded platform at an exciting phase of growth.

The company is recognised for acquiring, developing, and managing a diverse portfolio of assets, including industrial facilities, office spaces, and mixed-use commercial properties. As part of the investment team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving acquisitions and supporting the expansion of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support underwriting, evaluation, and structuring of commercial and industrial real estate transactions across the UK and Europe.
  • Carry out in-depth financial modelling, market research, and due diligence to underpin investment decisions.
  • Prepare investment committee materials and assist with deal execution.
  • Work with financing partners and provide post-closing support to asset management teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic record from a leading university or business school.
  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, private equity, or real estate financing.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong research capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a high-energy, growth-focused environment.
