Once in a blue moon, an opportunity like no other presents itself… this is one of those moons… One of London’s leading players in the Commercial arena have decided it’s now time to expand their offering into the Living space. Albeit this has been on the cards for a year or so, they have been waiting until all of their ducks are in a row, and well, the ducks are now firmly aligned and quacking.
This role requires a proactive leader with market-leading expertise in Residential Property Management. This is a unique opportunity to build and then lead an in-house residential management team, shaping the future of the business. The current portfolio spans an institutional client base of pension funds and investors, with existing residential assets interlinked within their commercial & retail portfolios. These are continuing to grow and there is appetite to expand this further across the Build to Rent market.
As this role will be the first of its kind within the business, it means:
- Building robust relationships with all key players across the Fund & Investor client base
- Delivering a best in class service with a focus on residential customer experience
- Developing and implementing strategies, training programmes and compliance standards
